Our group of doctors is made up of experienced and highly-trained physicians who subscribe to the Healthonomic mission statement of serving humanity through combating disease. We aim to provide education, support, guidance, and quality healthcare for those in need. Our clinics are made up of knowledgeable internists, women’s health specialists, family medicine doctors, and nurse practitioners.
Dr. Maria Lentzou, MD

Dr. Maria Lentzou serves the community of Orland Park, Illinois through Healthonomic Primary Care. With expertise in internal health, she provides diagnostics and treatment for adults in the area.
Dr. Lentzou received her board certification in internal medicine in 2000 and has been practicing ever since. She graduated top of her class at the University of Athens and was top 10% during her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School. Her faith is an important driving force for her work and dedication to medicine. She speaks English, Greek, and Spanish and volunteers at her church every Saturday.
As part of her many active roles, she is the founder and president of her own multi-location medical group, which is affiliated with Advocate Physicians Partners, Advocate Christ Hospital, and Palos Health. Dr. Lentzou is an active member of her community in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Dr. Moira McQuillan, MD

Dr. Moira McQuillan is the newest physician to join Healthonomic Primary Care. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois St Joseph Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. McQuillan is a board-certified family physician through the American Board of Family Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She attended University of Illinois for her undergraduate studies. She then worked as an Intern Athletic Trainer at Northwestern University with their Football, Tennis and Men’s Soccer teams. She then moved to Dublin, Ireland where she earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons.
Dr. McQuillan is excited to continue to practice on the south side of Chicago. She treats patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience in diagnosing and treating complex and chronic disease processes and places a large emphasis on disease prevention in her day to day practice. She enjoys partnering with her patients to build long-standing relationships while helping them achieve their optimal health goals.
Dr. McQuillan currently resides in the Beverly Morgan Park area of Chicago with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys running, gardening and photography.
Dr. Leynard Martinez is a primary care family medicine physician. He is originally from Manila, the Philippines where he is a graduate of the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas. There he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy, after which he went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. He then attended Saint Louis University in Missouri for extensive residency training in family medicine.
After his training, Dr. Martinez spent 18 years as a board-certified family medicine doctor, providing excellent primary care to patients of all ages in Rockford, Illinois.
There he established strong patient and doctor relationships based on trust, respect, compassion, and empathy. He takes time, keeps an open mind, and listens well to patient concerns.
He strongly believes disease prevention based on a healthy lifestyle and timely intervention is key to longevity and quality of life. He also believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to disease management and cure. Care decisions are always made with patients after careful consideration of all possible options and the best outcomes.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys time with his family, especially on road trips. He also enjoys gardening, chess, and a variety of sports activities.
Ryan Kim, NP

Ryan Kim is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family practice. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Governors State University, in University Park, Illinois. He then earned his Master of Science at Governors State University.
Ryan holds national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner. As a nurse, he has worked in emergency medicine and medical-surgical departments. He works closely with the team at Healthonomic Primary Care to deliver a holistic approach to healthcare.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteer work and giving back to various communities. He has taught Sunday school at his church for over ten years and has participated in two mission trips to Guatemala. He hopes to eventually be able to participate in medical missions and outreach to underserved communities.
Hannah Mehochko is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family practice. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Illinois Wesleyan University. Following this, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois Chicago. From there, Hannah completed her Post-Master Certificate in family practice at Vanderbilt University where she is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
Hannah has gained experience working as an inpatient nurse on a medical-surgical floor as well as in the emergency department. She has also worked in clinics and long-term care facilities as a nurse practitioner providing primary and acute care. She has advanced Spanish speaking skills and enjoys being able to connect with her patients. In collaboration with the other providers of Healthonomic Primary Care, Hannah hopes to be able to provide quality care to all patients and be able to help improve health outcome through prevention, early intervention, and patient education.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys staying very active. She enjoys taking her dog, Winston, for long runs and spending time with family and friends.
