Healthonomic Primary Care
Our group of doctors is made up of experienced and highly-trained physicians who subscribe to the Healthonomic mission statement of serving humanity through combating disease. We aim to provide education, support, guidance, and quality healthcare for those in need. Our clinics are made up of knowledgeable internists, women’s health specialists, family medicine doctors, and nurse practitioners.
Dr. Maria Lentzou serves the community of Orland Park, Illinois through Healthonomic Primary Care. With expertise in internal health, she provides diagnostics and treatment for adults in the area.
Dr. Lentzou received her board certification in internal medicine in 2000 and has been practicing ever since. She graduated top of her class at the University of Athens and was top 10% during her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School. Her faith is an important driving force for her work and dedication to medicine. She speaks English, Greek, and Spanish and volunteers at her church every Saturday.
As part of her many active roles, she is the founder and president of her own multi-location medical group, which is affiliated with Advocate Physicians Partners, Advocate Christ Hospital, and Palos Health. Dr. Lentzou is an active member of her community in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Theresa Malinowski is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who places a strong emphasis on attentive patient care and a holistic approach to promoting overall wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice from Ball State University, Theresa graduated with the highest honors, summa cum laude, from both institutions. She holds dual certifications from reputable accrediting bodies, AANP and ANCC.
Over the course of the past 12 years, Theresa has dedicated her career to the field of nursing. Her extensive experience includes a significant tenure at the University of Chicago Hospital, specializing in acute care and focusing on patients with cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and transplant-related conditions. Additionally, she has worked with patient populations managing chronic and co-morbid disease processes. Theresa’s commitment to excellence is underscored by her progressive care certification, demonstrating her ability to care for some of the most critically ill patients.
Theresa is deeply passionate about disease prevention and primary care, firmly believing in a holistic approach to patient well-being. Her compassionate and empathetic nature fosters strong relationships built on trust with her patients, which she considers one of her highest priorities. Theresa is dedicated to collaborating with her patients to help them achieve their overall health objectives.
Outside of her professional life, Theresa resides in the southwest suburbs and is a mother of two school-age children. Her free time is spent keeping up with her active children and reflecting on her gymnastics background, where she was once a competitive gymnast and later coached competitive gymnastics during her undergraduate years. Theresa’s love for the sport remains an integral part of her identity. Beyond gymnastics, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending quality time with friends and family, maintaining an active lifestyle, and attending church services on Sunday.
Camille D. Love, FNP is known for being a dynamic, inspiring, and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner, who’s service within the health industry continues to spark positive inroads and create change. Camille’s core values of faith, service, growth and commitment have been a consistent thread woven throughout the fabric of her career. Camille’s model for healthcare has always been rooted in developing strong relationships with transparency in the interest of her patients, colleagues, and other providers. Camille’s personal mantra follows a clear point of view that, in healthcare, service, growth and trust are pillars for providing excellent Healthcare.
Camille completed both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Nursing, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She finished in May 2016 and has been practicing ever since. In her spare time Camille enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with her close friends and family.
Camille’s goals for healthcare have only pricked the surface of the industry. She believes the body is intrinsically designed to heal itself and as a healthcare provider, she feels that it is her responsibility to interpret and intervene when the body is not functioning at its optimal level. Her future endeavors are far more than merely wellness checks and disease maintenance.
Camille’s vision for healthcare is an interdimensional field that encompasses spiritual, mental and physical wellness, that includes strategic collaborations with organizations that have similar goals and objectives to restructure the framework of true wellness. In Camille’s own words, “True healthcare doesn’t merely fix or prevent a disease; it educates and empowers patients about their health.”
Lena is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed her training at DePaul University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She brings over 13 years of nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings and is also a board-certified case manager, giving her a unique perspective on clinical care and experience coordinating resources to support patient well-being.
Having spent part of her childhood in Spain, Lena is Spanish speaking and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. She has done extensive volunteer work within refugee communities which has deepened her commitment to providing compassionate care. She has a special clinical interest in the use of diet, nutrition, and exercise to help manage and prevent chronic disease, and is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with her patients.
Outside of her work in primary care, Lena has been a lifelong dancer: beginning with ballet and tap, expanding into jazz, and later exploring ballroom and social styles. She continues to share her love of movement through teaching Zumba and kickboxing. Lena is also an avid snowboarder and cyclist. She resides in Chicago with her family and their french bulldog, Guapo.
