How do I book a video (e-visit) or in-person visit?

Schedule through the LiveWell (MyChart) patient portal at livewell.aah.org, or call the office directly: Orland Park 708-696-1311 or Evergreen Park 708-671-1500.

Are same-day appointments available?

Yes. Healthonomic Primary Care offers same-day appointments and extended hours at all three offices, including select Saturday hours in Orland Park and Evergreen Park.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Devoted Health, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Original Medicare. Participation varies by plan, so please contact us to verify your coverage.

Is language help available?

Yes. Free language assistance is available, including Spanish, Polish, and Greek. Call 708-671-1500 to request it.

Do you offer video visits or e-visits?

Yes. E-visits (video visits) are available for many types of appointments. Start one from the website or through the LiveWell (MyChart) portal.

Is there a patient portal?

Yes. LiveWell (MyChart) at livewell.aah.org is our patient portal. Use it to book appointments, message your care team, view results, and make payments.
